KCDE
Kosova Center for Digital Education (KCDE) is a Kosova
non-profit organization which provides in-service teacher
professional development training in online learning, and
facilitates digitalization of the education sector in the
country through research and advocacy engagement.
KCDE was founded as a pilot-project on distance education in
2016 and registered as an NGO in 2018 with the mission to
diversify the means and alternatives of teaching and
learning from traditional to blended-learning.
Objective
Our objective for KCDE, an E-Learning NGO, is to amplify
their mission of providing accessible and quality
education through strategic social media management and PR
initiatives. We aim to enhance their online presence by
creating engaging and informative content that resonates
with their target audience, fostering a strong and
supportive community around their cause. Additionally, we
strive to increase their visibility and credibility
through targeted PR efforts, ensuring their message
reaches a broader audience. Our goal is to help KCDE build
a robust digital footprint, attract more supporters, and
ultimately expand their impact in the field of education.
Results
Our strategic management of KCDE's social media and PR
department yielded outstanding results. Through engaging
and informative content, we significantly increased their
online presence, resulting in a substantial growth in
followers and community engagement. Our targeted PR
initiatives successfully raised KCDE's visibility and
credibility, leading to numerous features in prominent
educational and nonprofit platforms. The enhanced digital
